feedbackZone is a software platform where members can provide feedback on their
customer experiences - good or bad.
Especially in a climate of economic uncertainty it is useful to have insight of
whether a new customer is a good payer, good repeat buyer, a pleasure to work with
or when you take orders from trade shows on a proforma basis that that customer
is going to pay the order.
The feedback can be any one of a selection of catagories and sub catagories (you
can also create your own).
